About the instructor:Jenna earned her M.A in Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language and a B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature. Throughout her career as a language teaching professional for over 10 years, she was fortunate to deepen her insights in foreign language education by meeting learners with diverse backgrounds and needs. She makes sure her students have plenty of opportunities to fulfill their interests, and that her classes are fun and engaging. She enjoys the spark and “Aha!” moment on her students’ faces.
About the class: The intermediate Korean class is designed for students who have studied Korean for at least one year and have a good understanding of Korean grammar and vocabulary. The class is recommended for those who have a particular emphasis on improving their conversation and oral comprehension skills.
The course will build on the foundational knowledge of Korean grammar and vocabulary, with an emphasis on developing the students' ability to communicate effectively in spoken Korean. The class will focus on improving students' listening and speaking skills by providing them with ample opportunities to practice conversation and engage in group discussions.
